Ballad's FSCO Program is offering an exclusive opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team and gain valuable skills and certifications.

Ballad's Fundamentals of Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations (FSCO) program is designed to equip unemployed Albertans with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the Supply Chain Warehouse industry. Our comprehensive program covers essential aspects of inventory management, warehousing, and operations. In addition to technical skills, we emphasize soft skills development to prepare you for success in the workplace.

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will embark on a 16-week journey with us, including 12 weeks of in-class training and 4 weeks of hands-on work experience with our industry partners. During the program, you will gain expertise in various aspects of logistics, including:

• Inventory Control/Management
• Warehouse Operations
• Logistics Coordination
• Transportation
• Distribution
• Customer Service
• Safety Certifications (WHMIS, TDG, Forklift)

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive ASCM Supply Chain Warehousing certificate as well as a one year ASCM membership.

Qualifications:

• Unemployed Albertans looking to launch a rewarding career
• Interest in inventory management, transportations or warehouse and distribution
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills

• Warehouse Associate

Early-career salaries in these roles range from $40,000 - $50,000, and financial assistance may be available for qualifying applicants.
