Stallion Express is hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM

OR

• Monday to Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pick items from designated locations in the warehouse according to order specifications.
• Pack items securely and neatly, ensuring they are protected during transit.
• Use scanning devices and software to verify product details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves and conducting cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders and maximize productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies with orders to supervisors promptly.
• Meet or exceed daily quotas for order processing and shipment preparation.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Consistent moving and organizing boxes in the warehouse (up to 50lbs).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred .
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer proficiency and tech savvy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Familiar with Amazon packing and shipping standard would be an asset
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated that requires little to no supervision when working.
