Position Summary: As an Airline Booking Travel Agent, you will assist clients with their travel needs, focusing on airline reservations. You will handle inquiries, provide travel information, and process bookings to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
· TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) Certified

• A high school diploma or equivalent, additional certification in travel or tourism, is a plus.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline booking role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for travel.
