We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle heavy equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of freight. We can help with pre-approved LMIA.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Proven 3 years experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings as per company policy.
- Must be able to cross into the United States.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Long-Haul: 3 years (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
