Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, capable of leading design projects and ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and marketing professionals, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Direct Design Projects:

• Direct the design team, providing guidance and oversight on all UX/UI projects.
• Ensure design deliverables align with project goals and client expectations.

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

Design and Development:

• Develop and maintain information architecture, ensuring content is organized and accessible.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and refine designs.

Usability and Accessibility:

• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with other teams to integrate accessibility and branding guidelines into production.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design within the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Website Development or Computer Science
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
