We are seeking a Warehouse & Order Desk Associate on behalf of our client.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients across Canada, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring prompt follow-ups to drive sales. We’re looking for an ambitious, adaptable, and tech-savvy individual eager to assist others. Comprehensive product and role-specific training will be provided.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
● Stock and organize products.
● Assist with regular stock counts.
● Carry out daily branch operations in production and the warehouse, including
loading/unloading, arranging deliveries, handling customer pickups, picking and shelving
stock, cleaning, etc.
● Transition into performing order entry, addressing product or service concerns,
responding to inquiries, and fostering customer relationships.
● Support customers in person, via phone, and electronically.
● Enter transactions into computer systems.
● Collaborate with branch personnel.
Requirements:
● Strong communication skills in English & French
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
● Energetic and team-oriented
● Comfortable using computerized systems
● Ability to follow instructions
