The Position:
We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual to join our team as warehouse co-lead. This role ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of online and dealer orders, manages inventory and maintains a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities include handling product returns, supporting export compliance, and reconciling sales records. This role emphasizes efficiency, quality control, and process improvements while promoting sustainability and effective teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Online / Drop Shipment sales fulfillment (pick and pack) within 24 hours of the order being received (interchangeable with fellow Co-Lead)
- Dealer sales fulfillment (pick and pack) within 48 hours of the order being received or 1 day before the scheduled ship date on PO, whichever is sooner. (interchangeable with fellow Co-Lead)
- Check all incoming stock to ensure goods are in perfect condition and all documentation is accurately signed and accounted for.
- Check all outgoing stock to ensure goods are in perfect condition and all documentation is accurately signed and accounted for.
- Keep up to date on all Vendor Manuals and assist the office financial controller with providing paperwork and labels to ensure timely shipping of all goods.

- Impeccable Warehouse organization and maintain a clean, efficient, safe workplace
- Inventory management: ensure all inventory is 100% accurate at all times
- Barcode tagging and individual handling of items.
- Warranty and repair management is needed, along with a strong understanding of the efficiency required to minimize loss of revenue. (interchangeable with fellow Co-Lead)
- Handle all aspects of product returns when necessary. Restock items returned within 48 hours and ensure stock is cleaned and repackaged to minimize financial loss to Level Six.
- Assist in sales record keeping and reconciling online portals to ERP software. Ensure all sales invoices are 100% accurate regarding what has happened.
- Identify and system improvements and make recommendations for change
- Where possible, resolve any issues or problems that occur in the warehouse. Where appropriate, elevate the issue to a more senior level.
- Assist in planning future capacity requirements.
- Communicate with team members regularly to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements.
- Ensure all temporary staff are appropriately trained to fulfill the required warehouse duties.
- Place new orders for warehouse supplies as needed
- Review ways to reduce waste both financially and environmentally.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, can-do attitude
- 5+ years warehouse experience
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse principles and procedures
- Excellent shipping software and shipping skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level ERP software Assets
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in the water sports or outdoor industry.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
