**Positions Available:** Day shift and after training transition to afternoon shift
**Location:** Airdrie,AB (Reliable transportation required)
** Shift time- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM- Monday to Friday and then after training 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for the paint process, using appropriate tools and methods to ensure clean, smooth surfaces.
• Inspect final products for cosmetic issues, coverage, cure, adhesion, and thickness.
• Load and unload products from the paint line, ensuring conveyor-to-part continuity.
• Perform tasks related to Waste Water Treatment, including monitoring operations and system start-up/shut-down.
• Prioritize jobs based on required dates or supervisor direction.
• Report any potential production or material issues, including shipment delays, to the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment regularly as per the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) sheet, including daily maintenance on guns and equipment.
• (Areas include Powder Booths, Pre-Wash, Waste Water Treatment, or General Systems)
• Adhere to the company's Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.

Experience:

• High School Diploma required; college, trade, or university education preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. above shoulder height.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with paint line operations is an asset.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills; thrives in team environments.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kanban systems in a lean manufacturing setting is an asset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefits offered; only candidates within an 80 km radius of Milton, ON will be considered.
