Warehouse Picker and Packer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and accurately. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency and quality, as well as the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Pack products according to company standards to ensure safe transport.
- Load and unload items from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Utilize order picking techniques to gather items for shipment efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of packed items using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely distribution of goods.
- Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve packing processes.
- Experience in heavy lifting and warehouse distribution is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
- Casual dress
- On-site parking
- French not required
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
