Position:
Woodland Manufacturing is looking for a Work Order Processing Clerk to join our Production Planning team. Reporting to the Production Planning Supervisor, some of the roles and responsibilities include:
- Receiving and reviewing work orders: Collecting and assessing incoming work orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting work order information into the system.
- Communication: Coordinating with various departments to relay work order requests and provide updates on status.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, particularly in work order processing or facilities management, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
