私たちは北京に位置するFinance Payroll ペイサービスチームの仲間になっていただけるアドミにストレーターを探しています。候補者はペイサービスのチームマネージャーにレポートし、Finance Payrollの手続きサービスを日本(または必要に応じてその他の国)の社員に向けて提供することになります。この役割においては、業務において高い正確性や、日本語および/または英語を用いた読み書き両方での高いコミュニケーションスキルが求められます。
責任範囲
  • 給与データ準備や給与データ監査・チェックなど給与関連のFinance Payrollサービスを実施もしくはサポートする
  • 給与に関係するデータを人事基幹システム/Finance Payroll systemに期間内にすべて、入力・更新・保持する、そのプロセスにおいて必要なデータ管理を期日までに行う
  • シェアードサービスでサポート対象となっている法人・地域・組織に対して定められた文書管理プロセスを実施する
  • お客様を最優先する姿勢で、社員やお客様から依頼された手続きをオーナーシップを持ち実施する
  • 定められたサービスレベルアグリーメントや業績目標を満たす
  • 社員に対して指定期日に沿った、正しい値での給与支払いが達成されるためにデータ監査やチェックを実施する 電子個人データを管理・チェックすることも含む
  • サービスプロセス全般についての継続的改善活動に参加する
  • 社員や関係者から寄せられた疑問や懸念に対して日本語を用い、書面や口頭で適切に解決のためのコミュニケーションを行う このコミュニケーションにはEメール、電話もしくはチャットやメッセージツールが用いられる
  • サービスレベルの継続的改善のため、チームの一員として改善に対するフィードバックに耳を傾ける
Overview:
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Finance Pay Services Hub located in Beijing. Reporting into a Pay Services Team Manager, role holders will provide Administration Services and support to our employees in Japan (or other countries as needed). This role demands both a high level of accuracy and systems ability and also the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbally in Japanese and/or English.
Responsibilities
  • Work on and support key employee life cycle pay processes such as payroll data preparation, payroll audits, etc.
  • Input, update and maintain all payroll related data via HR/Finance Payroll system in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes when necessary and by deadlines as required .
Generate and administer documents based on given frameworks and participation guidelines for all countries/companies/organization supported by the Shared Services Hub
  • Take ownership of customer / employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
  • Meet setup SLAs and KPIs
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic personnel files.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.
  • Be part of a team that actively seeks customer feedback to improve levels of service.
  • Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger
  • 歓迎される条件

  • KPI,そしてSLAなどの指標をもとにした業務経験
  • 1~2年以上の人事または関連する事務経験
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience working in a HR Shared Service Environment.
  • Experience of working in a transactional / process based environment
  • Experience working in multinational company
  • 1-2 years of work experience in HR Department preferred
  • Experience working with KPI and SLA
