Windows 高级软件开发工程师- 创新方向
职责：
1. Windows软件架构设计及代码开发。
2. 创新技术方案的研究预研，demo 搭建。
3. 解决bug/性能/安全问题，产品化落地。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机，机器学习相关领域的学士或硕士。
2. 日常开发工作中，深入使用AI工具开发，有实战经验
3. AI应用开发领域有自己创新作品或项目。
4. 8年以上代码开发经验，4年以上桌面应用相关经验，至少完整参与过一个终端产品的整体框架设计工作。了解windows 端最新的应或者框架开发设计理念。
5. 熟悉Windows底层运行原理，有COM、COM+、Windows SDK、Win32 API、Win Runtime API等使用经验。
6. 掌握CS开发模式，熟悉Windows app SDK 开发、熟悉多任务、异步、共享资源、Lambda、MVVM。
7. 有扎实的数据结构和算法基础，有良好的编程习惯。
加分项：
熟悉敏捷软件开发模式
沟通能力强，英语可做为工作语言优先
