Director, Office Leasing Advisory

What this job involves:
Focus on the Tenant Representative or Landlord Representative services, bridge the local with the regional resources where the situation requires.
Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in an efficient and professional manner.
Supervise junior and support staff in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
Source and identify new business opportunities and bring revenue initiatives to the team.
Create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting the line manager to win new clients.
Reporting to line manager on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
Leading training initiatives to junior staff from tenant representative perspective.
Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
Ensure market coverage is maximized.
Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely and efficient fashion benefitting the client.
Complete other tasks as required / delegated.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
You will have strong client relationships with Fortune 500 MNCs, preferably developed at the regional level. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of completing major leasing transactions at the regional level with these clients. A willingness to relocate to Shanghai for this position is a must.
Experienced in office leasing transactions
Do you have at least 10 years plus of experience in commercial or office leasing? Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running? Your passion in cultivating new contacts and leveraging on your existing MNC contacts will be integral in helping the business grow its market share in China. A go-getter at heart, you aim to excel in this competitive office leasing space while creating a strong positive impression in the market.
A team player
While you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the team to service clients with large requirements.
