Director, Studio X, Greater China & Mongolia

Position Overview:
Studio X is a bespoke agency network set up by WPP for The Coca Cola Company. It is a multi-disciplinary integrated capabilities infrastructure, that is a one stop shop for all our marketing execution in the Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) Operating Unit (OU). Looking to drive integration across creative, media, digital, social and shopper the Studio X lead will be instrumental in defining ways of working & building the data, tech, & operational infrastructure that can help us iterate, learn and scale our marketing initiatives. The role will play a pivotal role in partnering with WPP (our agency) in defining & bringing to life the most effective model to address the future needs of marketing.
Responsibilities:
Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Lead the OU Studio X operations and the implementation of the OU Studio X agenda, while connecting and integrating it to the global Studio X network.

Partner with capability leads (connection planners, media, digital, social, shopper, creative) in defining and delivering the effectiveness & efficiencies that can be achieve when creativity + data + media intersect. Activate these new capabilities in line with OU needs based on current campaigns and investments

Work in close cooperation with Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) and Operations & capabilities teams, define the capacity of Studio X based on OU calendars to execute key marketing programs for OUs and global charters

Partner with Procurement and Agency Ops to optimize commercial to bring efficiencies to the model

Partner with Martech to build and land new tools that help redefine how we execute shopper, creative optimization for media and the use of gen AI for content creation.

This profile requires a healthy balance of innovative thinking and business pragmatism, to ensure we continue to challenge status quo while maximizing our return on investment
What you bring to the table:
Experience
-
10-15 years of experience across Connection Planning/ Creative/ Agency/ Marketing, Capability Management and Project Management
-
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
-
Agency experience or working internally, actively developing campaigns in different capacity (i.e. creative, media, shopper, connection planning, etc)
-

Communication, influencing and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholders

Experience in leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders

Ability to provide input to brand & creative strategy

Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape and e-commerce

Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, media companies, influencers)

Ability to work in Agile cross-functional team
-
Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering enterprise-wide scaled bets, in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc.

Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define the strategic direction for the business.

Ability to mobilize and champion change management across the region
