Bosch Junior Managers Program (JMP), is an international wide program designed to attract excellent leadership potential talents for accelerated careers.

With this position, you will be doing:

• Overall responsible for SW development to certain domains for Bosch internal divisions, including. capacity, competence, project, cooperation with customers and stakeholders, etc.
• Responsible for SW engineering capacity management, inc. manage flexible capacity, competence development, performance, career development.
• Responsible for projects delivery on time, on cost, on quality
• Responsible for define cooperation strategy and execution with you customer.

Qualifications

• Good Target/result oriented, good networking, communicative, cooperative
• Master degree, majored in Computer Science/SW engineering/Electronic/Communication/Math.
• Experienced in Software or algorithm development with professional programming competence
• Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
