Work you'll do
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to improve manufacturing operations (production, maintenance and quality etc.) efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and coach client team members to carry out manufacturing transformation work
- Assess and design business concept and process to support digital manufacturing initiatives
- Develop and apply reusable digital assets to support manufacturing transformation effort
We are looking for someone with
We are looking for someone with:
- Solid expertise and work experience in lean manufacturing (either industry or consulting will do)
- Great problem solving skills, communication skills and team player
- Work experience in digital manufacturing effort, design and implementation, is strongly preferred
- Holistic basic knowledge in plant operations including S&OP, Planning and Scheduling, Logistics, Quality, etc.
- Experience in automotive, chemical, electronics and FMCG industry preferred
- Flexible in taking business trips and serving clients on-site
- Language proficiency in both Chinese Mandarin and English
