About Role:
This role is responsible for defining and executing accounting, control, and reporting strategies, impacting multiple functions of GC Dyson. Reporting to Senior FP&A Manager, the position will play a crucial role in helping organizations make informed financial choices and will partner directly with cross-functional senior leaders and help drive profitable growth for GC Dyson.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall monthly financial forecast, tracking and analysis reporting to ensure financial budget/forecast align with business key strategy & GC Finance KPI.
• Follow the calendar of GC budget planning, forecast, BBI and LE to consolidate GC financials, deep dive into variance analysis, and provide commentary to stakeholders locally and globally.
• Support month end closing and intercompany charge.
• Continuously drive template/processes improvement to improve efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for management decision making on business and financial trends, identify issues, and discuss with relevant business and functional teams.
• Act as a key Finance business partner on financial reports, system and financial process flow and provide finance expertise to support the company projects.
• Ad-hoc business / financial analysis and simulation by activities

Position Requirement & Key Abilities:

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, thrive in a fast-paced working environment and be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying process efficiency and improvement.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments and to relate well to people in a credible manner.
• Be proficient in oral and written communication in English.
• Retail/FMCG/Internet industry experiences preferred.
