Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective sellers for Amazon Business Marketplace, creating clear value propositions and outlining features.
- Meet or exceed quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics.
- Establish communication channels at all levels within seller organizations, manage growth plans.
- Analyze business, provide executive-level reporting on current status and future opportunities. Develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.
- Implement and track seller success metrics in your territory, guiding work and uncovering opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track account information and sales progress, achieving quarterly goals.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews for your territory.
- Develop thorough understanding of e-commerce industry and competitive landscape.
- Assist internal partners in driving change, removing obstacles, and closing deals.
- Manage daily operations alongside additional projects such as competitive and sales analyses.
- Advocate for sellers and stakeholders to influence product roadmap, lead generation, integration, and reporting activities.
- Build strong relationships with sellers, set expectations, and provide clear status updates.
- Forecast and prioritize to meet targets.
- Conduct deep dive analyses when necessary.
- Stay informed about competitive product offerings.
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
