Responsibilities:
1. Be Finance Business Partner to support China Wireless business growth and to control investments, to achieve Strategic Target;
2. Lead in yearly Budget and rolling Forecast Process in collaboration with all departments;
3. Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to Management;
4. Monitor and Analyze Actual versus Budget/Forecast, Preparing cost analysis, KPI dashboard, Productivity Reports and benchmark analysis;
5. Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into understandable summaries and recommendations;
6. Review and monitor Capex (ROI, Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting) for China wireless;
7. Transfer Operational language to financial management(IFRS & PRC GAAP);
8. Work closely with Central Fin SSC team and Accounting team;
9. Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies;
10. Projects requested by RFC or China Wireless GM;
11. Perform ad-hoc work requested by Function Leader;


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field. CMA a plus.
2. Operational finance experience is a plus, working across multiple entities and/or functional areas
3. Good presentation and interpersonal skill, positive personality and team spirit
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Strong motivation and result oriented
6. Willing to undertake hard-working during peak time
7. Proficient with Excel, PPT
8. Good communication skills in English (written and Oral)
