Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for crew members and officers, ensuring a varied and nutritious menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley and associated areas.
• Manage galley operations, including the inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chief Cook on board similar vessels.
• Sound knowledge of maritime catering standards and dietary requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
