Title: Client Manager, FMC China
Job Description
This position will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional clients, including financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, and other large-scale investors. Work with Head of Institutional Business, FMC China to achieve the company's annual sales target through organizing a variety of marketing activities. Regularly visit institutional clients to understand their needs and maintain good relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
1.Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to understand their investment needs and objectives. Act as the contact point for institutional clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and relevant information.
2.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional market to expand Schroders FMC's client base. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve institutional sales targets and objectives.
3.Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Possess a deep understanding of Schroder Fund's investment products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to institutional clients. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings.
4. Market Analysis and Research:
Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities within the institutional space. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the institutional market.
5.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers and research analysts, to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to institutional clients' needs. Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to develop materials that support institutional sales efforts.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field.
2. No less than 7 year experience in institutional sales within FMC.
3. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and institutional client needs.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
