Commercial Operation Specialist

Job Details
You will be working as a Commercial Operation Business Partner Specialist in China, partner with indirect sales channel with a focus on high quality sales result delivery. You will be belong to order processing team, collaborating with regional Sales team and factory supply chain, to ensure overall order process in compliance and target achievement, for channel business growth in China.

What you will do
1. As sales business partner, you need to engage in weekly sales data analysis, offer weekly sales figure update with variable revenue reporting, forecasting; support regionals sales figure fulfilment; analyze figure changing reason and figure out the risk mitigation action plan and close loop task monitor.
2. Communicate customer request delivery arrangement with dealer periodical target driving, providing on time channel dealer performance status and relative analysis.
Engage in dealer contract management process
with necessary review and approval process, follow internal risk control
requirement with proper coordination with customer and sales team, manage
order and contract effective and archiving properly.
4. Be able to work with multi-task with time pressure efficiently with minimal supervision and identify potential problems and initiate actions to resolve using professional commercial concepts, company policies and procedures while always remaining customer oriented.
Any other urgent task assigned from management.

What we look for
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in business management or commercial background;
- More than 5 years working experience in sales order management process with strong commercial sense in multi-national companies, with finance knowledge will be a plus.
- Good data understanding, supply chain, logistic and warehouse management understanding, salesforce, and SAP experience is expected.
- Good communication skill, open and collaboration, dedicate attitude on the work with a strong willing work under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Excel & Power Point capability ,English reading and oral skill preferred
