Main responsibilities:
1.Develop different training programs according to the divisional certification strategy
2.Develop and deliver detailed training material content
3.Develop and deliver practical activities and interaction with the available training material
4.Provide training programs in English from within the Academy, both physical and virtual
5.Support virtual trainings and/or recordings in the Academy
6.Support the collection and development of virtual recorded material on a global scale in coordination with our other Service Academies around the world
7.Design training programs/tooling based on Customer Centers or Product Companies’ requirement
8.Part of the development team for the Virtual Campus environment
9.Participate within other global Competence & Development projects and processes as needed
10.Participate in CTS China ACademy Workshop tooling and layout design in New CT Wuxi Campus

Main requirements:
1.Excellent knowledge of Oil-Free, Oil-Injected compressors and Adsorption Dryers, good knowledge of Turbo equipment is considered as extra plus
2.Technical Support or Customer site Service experience more than 5 years will be an asset
3.Facilitation, training and coaching experience strongly preferred
4.Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills required
5.Good knowledge of MS Office / O365
6.Chinese is the mother toungue requirement, excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written will be extra plus.
