Work you'll do

1.为企业提供财务共享建设、财务数字化转型、财务标准化等财务咨询服务;
2.作为项目核心成员参与咨询项目交付工作，包括参与客户访谈、需求调研分析、财务共享与财务转型蓝图设计、业务流程设计与优化、系统功能需求与架构设计、PMO监理等工作；
3.作为核心成员富有成效地开展项目经理分配的相关模块方案设计及交付工作，高质量、按时完成项目相关交付，完成与客户的沟通和确认工作；
4、参与项目管理工作，配合项目经理把控项目进度，维护客户关系。

We are looking for someone with

1.全日制本科，财经类、信息系统相关专业。有PMP项目管理专业认证、财务类专业认证证书等专业资格优先;
2.具备3年及以上工作经验，至少拥有一个及以上财务共享、ERP财务模块、财务标准化等咨询或系统实施完整项目经验，熟悉项目管理流程，拥有国内外知名咨询与系统厂商公司工作经验优先；
3.具有较强的沟通能力、快速应变能力、较强的计划能力和高效的问题解决能力;
4.接受长期出差。
