The opportunity

准确及时的处理客户每日下达的订单;
-
负责订单执行环节的监控,跟踪订单状态,异常情况的反馈;

根据客户要求,回应客户咨询并解决问题;

精通MS office软件,尤其是EXCEL软件的应用;
-
良好的沟通与协调能力、应变能力,及时反馈工作中出现的问题;
-
工作仔细认真、主动积极、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力,热爱本职工作;
What you’ll need to succeed

大专及以上学历,计算机或者物流专业优先。
-
有物流公司5年以上客服岗位经验,熟悉订舱/报关等操作
-
细致认真,责任心强、吃苦耐劳、能在压力下工作。
-
掌握基本的英语读写能力。
-
能熟练操作office等办公软件。
-
对海关一体化系统有一定了解。
