As a Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:
Analyse market trends and make suggestions.

Monitoring and execution of staff training implementation.

Focus and support the daily operation in the Restaurants .

We are looking for someone who:
We are looking for candidates who are from Europe, America, or Asia and needs to have similar position experience in mainland China 5* hotel environment.

Innovative, especially regarding promotions and marketing.

Has a passion for Food &Beverage and enjoys interacting with people

Excellent knowledge in food and beverage operations, from restaurant standards and procedures through to budgeting, promotional planning and execution, P&L, etc.

Upholds professional values,ethics and integrity at all times.

Communicates and writes with fluency in English. Fluent Chinese is preferable.
