About Role
We are seeking Director of Professional Development & Learning to join the whole college. 50% for the leadership and management of professional development & learning across the College, having a strategic overview of professional development & learning, preparing budgets, supervising the allocation of funds, and maintaining school records. The Director of Professional Development & Learning is also responsible for the coordination of the evaluation process across the College, including the Blue Sky platform. 50%: During the self-study phase of the accreditation cycle, the Director of PD/PL leads the school improvement work, along with a steering committee. In the 2025-2026 academic year, a 50%-time allowance will be allocated for the self-study. In the following years, the Director of PD/PL is allocated an approximate 50% teaching load or time for other projects, to be determined by the Head of College, based on college needs.
