What you should do

• Collaborate with and support of the Ei C Partner and PSS Data Insights
Partners to proactively anticipate customers needs and to provide actionable early talent data insights
• Create/provide comparative analysis on early talent data and show trends
• Support Benchmarking activities on trends and developments in industry regarding Ei C
• Partner with P&OG to co-create, support and execute onboarding activities for associates within specific programs (administrative implementation). Continue collaboration with P&OG to assist with design, curation, and implementation of program activities within the Ei C programs
• Collaborate with Recruitment Ao P to develop and post, market, and recruit early in career talent on career website/social networks (e.g., Linked In, Twitter, Facebook and others) and other channels for Ei C
• Serves as the contact person for all Ei C requests coming in via the intake portal in the respective region
• Support the implementation of Ei C activities aligned to the overall global frameworks/ strategies in close collaboration with the Ei C Partner and the P&C network
• Good understanding of customers and their respective business areas to support the translation of their needs into Ei C activities
• Partner with employee lifecycle teams to successfully hire, onboard, manage, and offboard employees within the Workday system. Partner with Global Learning Services to ensure training requirements for all Ei C program associates
• Expert in supporting Ei C activities to attract early talents for Roche in close coordination and cooperation with Talent Marketing.
• Works with the Ei C partner and universities to develop and coordinate strategic/tactical approaches to engage the right talent
• Assists with the management of university recruitment teams to support key initiatives and events
• Responsible for ensuring university recruitment teams are set up for successful events and provides support, as needed
• Drive the Alumni community management for Ei C talent
