Position Overview:The Electrical Engineering Manager will oversee the electrical engineering team and be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for their products. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to optimize product designs and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements to determine the best engineering solutions.
• Oversee the testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure functionality and performance specifications are met.
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules for engineering projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the electrical engineering department.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, circuit analysis, and power systems.
• Experience with CAD software and simulation tools for electrical design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop engineering teams.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required
