About the role - you will:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment and building management systems,
• Assist the systems engineer in investigating, analyzing, and taking corrective action on equipment failures and potential risks.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Work with the team to support project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Maintain work records and archive on database.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Heating and ventilation, mechanical, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or other equivalent Engineering qualification.
• Strong sense of responsibility and delivery awareness with good working attitude.
• Initiative of both self-learn and learn from cross-function team.
• Strong communication skill and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player to work collaboratively with functional groups and various people.
• Good computer knowledge and logic thinking capability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 暖通空调、机械、电气自动化、机电一体化或其他同等工程专业学士学位。
• 责任心强，交付意识强，工作态度好。
