This is a crucial position that has key responsibility to handle full spectrum of large equipment management for manufacturing process and factory costing to support expansion in a complicated and fast-paced environment. Description

BUSINESS OPERATION SUPPORT - Take end-to-end responsibility on Reimbursed assets from Purchase requisition review, Goods receipts (GR) document validation including production output method pursuant to the company policy and guidance, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise - Identify solution to support business partners toward challenging GRs and complex issues, e.g. GR policy exception, with in-depth evaluation, proper proof and documentation, and appropriate approval from management - Work with business partners to drive due diligence on equipment purchase/vendor claims audit from Finance perspective and leverage knowledge from the cross functional team to support growth strategy - Collaborate with global supply manager and assets recovery team to opportunities for equipment re-use and capital expenditure reduction - Collaborate with global supply managers, functional teams, and vendors to develop strategies and solutions to minimize VAT/Duty cost, adapt changed regulations and customs rules related to asset import/transfer between locations, bonded/non-bonded zones - Identify process improvement opportunity to enhance efficiency and accuracy of assets tracking between physical assets and SAP to safeguard accurate financial result REPORTING AND ANALYSIS - Provide and lead financial analysis on Capex spending by projects/spend types etc. Formulate recommendation to support growth expansion REVIEW AND CLEAN UP - Assets and location codes to ensure an accurate asset list with location & status reflected in our book - Open POs by contacting to global supply manager and vendors to provide input to WW for accrual assessment and budget release - Construction in Progress (CIP) by getting in touch with global supply manager on the status to ensure timely clearance - Supervise and analyze invoice under Direct PO process and Reimbursed and lead transaction audit to safeguard payment supported by vendor POD - Work with Ireland team on tooling data migration to SAP to bring in greater transparency of assets and reuse opportunity AUDIT - Evaluate risk of the OEMs, propose audit methodology and support controller on strategy approval yearly - Lead, plan and drive manufacturing add-on cost and equipment audit, coordinate with OEMs to ensure work completed in accurate manner, supervises internal and external staffs during equipment audit to provide timely and accurate reports and drive discrepancy resolution - Work with US- and Ireland-based Finance and Operations teams to ensure equipment records and financial result in e Approval and SAP are accurate and up to date

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of financial experience
Proficient in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a lot of ambiguity
• Process focused, with ability to lean new processes and drive improvement
• Very hands-on and possess strong knowledge of analysis skills and controlling
• Demonstrated ability to capture and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level, strong excel skills. SAP experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with various business operations across functions and cultures
• Strong command and current knowledge on China local regulation; project management experience is a plus
• US/European multi-national experience is a plus
• Domestic travel is required (+30%), some international travel may be required
• CPA or master is a plus
