The Opportunity
The role will need to own the pre-launch and commercialization of current in line and growing pre-launch labels within the franchise. This role will span across both marketing and sales to meet the needs of the ever-increasing number of indications and assets within respective therapeutic areas nationwide. To be successful in this role, you will be highly ambitious and independent. You will be a proven cross-functional leader with outstanding communication and people skills. An agile mindset will be critical to navigating, influencing and demonstrating internal Roche resources effectively to ensure we meet the needs of patients.

Roche China consists of the full value chain of Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics fields, from early research, clinical development, manufacturing to commercialization. With more than 7,000 employees, Roche China is now working to develop itself into Roche's third global strategic center after Basel and San Francisco, and making sustained efforts to fulfill its long-term commitment to China, so as to meet Chinese patients’ unmet needs.

This position is responsible for:

Lead and encourage the Hematology Franchise Team and internal stakeholders.

Develop and execute a cohesive product vision and lifecycle strategy.

Lead the franchise budget to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals.

Head cross-functional planning and decision-making within the Hematology Franchise.

Lead all aspects of the successful launch and lifecycle management of all Hematology products.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, legal, and environmental policies.

Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, encouraging a motivated and communicative team environment.
Who You Are

Education: Preferred undergraduate or graduate degree in life sciences, MBA, MD, or Ph D.

Leadership: Proven experience leading sizable commercial organizations and multicultural teams.

Strategic Expertise: Strong background in strategic, operational excellence, and financial planning.

Business Planning: Experienced in developing and implementing large-scale business plans, goals, and metrics.

Business Development: Knowledgeable in business development, alliance partnerships, and licensing activities.

Commercial Success: Track record of executing strategies that drive significant financial results and long-term success.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, commercialization processes, and regulatory requirements.

Change Management: Skilled in driving organizational change and innovation.
