We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
As the branch general manager, the tasks for this role will include the following:
Oversee the management of compliance and risk control in branch level as GM in different channel segments, including Bancassurance & Broker channel；
Oversee the daily management of branch activities to ensure the smoothness of branch business.
As head of distribution support, the tasks for this role will include most of the following:
Oversee the management and processing of case management team to support HO & branches offices
Coordinate the bank partner’s system with company’s core system for product development and UAT
Owner of sales related projects, initiatives and programs for sales process optimization and continuously improvement of different sales platforms;
Manage and improve the processes in sales quality, and vendor management;
Manage the complaint handling team and coordination for complaints with bank partners
Provide guidance and delivery of distribution related regulation reports & assessments;
Act as escalation point for complex issues in distribution related areas
Management responsibility for distribution support team of professionals, including people, performance, budget and planning decisions
Coaching and development of direct line reports to support improving skills and capability
Understand functional risks in own functional area and monitor team adherence to policies
Your appointment will be subject to regulatory approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration(“NFRA”)/China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”). Upon approval, you will be classified as China Local Material Risk Taker (MRT) and the MRT terms and conditions specified in HBCN/RRB/HACN/INSH/IBCN Variable Pay Deferral Guide will be applicable to any variable pay that may be awarded to you.
