Job Description
1.Establish and maintain relationship with national level, province level and city level government authorities to monitor government policy, stay abreast of government reports, policies, provide regular brief to internal key stakeholders and seeking for business cooperations and opportunities.
2.To work with BU leaders to support business strategy as well as create more business opportunities as follows:

• Lead the development and establishment of communication channels with newly established government authorities and create a favorable operating environment for updates on new policies as well as new business opportunities;
• To identify proper channel either with 3rd. Party PR agency or independent consultant to build up connections with partners, key retailers, giant digital companies for cooperation or data exchange;
• To maintain connections with government bodies, statistics bureau for example for better understanding of government economic policy and new business opportunities;

3.Maintain and enlarge company’s net work established as required by the above point;
4.Work with different supporting functions and BU team to support Company’s major business needs and resolve business crises management if any.

Qualifications
1.10+ years relevant working experience as GR role for US base data company to operate in China market;
2.Relevant resources in both GR and PR to establish NIQ GR structure;
3.Self motivation, strong business sense and strategic spirit. Strong communication still is required;
4.Fluent in both English and Mandarin as working language;
