Education in Motion (Ei M) are pleased to invite applications for the role of Head of College at Dulwich College Beijing, commencing in August 2025.


Dulwich College Beijing is a leading international school and one of the highest performing schools in China. The College educates over 1,600 students aged 3 to 18, with over forty-five different nationalities represented across the diverse student body. With strong ties to Dulwich College, London (founded in 1619), Dulwich College Beijing opened its doors in 2005 and has since established itself as a world-class school.


Dulwich College Beijing emphasises academic excellence underpinned by creativity; it is distinctive for its robust student leadership programmes, outstanding pastoral care and vibrant, diverse and inclusive community. Academic results are impressive, with an average IB score of 37.1 in 2023. Students are encouraged to Live Worldwise, embracing intercultural learning, both inside and beyond the classroom. They are encouraged and supported to make informed choices, take inspired action and create a positive impact on society and the planet.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to steer one of the top performing international schools in Asia. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of academic leadership, impressive leadership qualities and first-class communication skills, along with a strong sense of ambition for the College. Experience of living and working in China will be highly advantageous.
