We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:

• The role is responsible for providing direct support to distribution teams and sales teams

• The role provides support to help meet asset growth, sales targets and increase market share. It also has responsibility for sales support teams

• The remit of this role is the direct sales channel for whole China where INSH locates

• Providing direct support to sales teams, delivering high quality sales service to customer base

• Ensuring the bank aligns around our clients to deliver a high quality and robust service

• Bringing together simultaneous buy and sell orders in the same security, in cooperation with trading desk

• Maintaining communication with client and resolving any settlement problems

• Key contributor to formation of Sales strategy

• Ensuring the Sales Support team is aligned around key Sales initiatives

• Ensuring the team's administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively

• Senior escalation point for Sales Support team

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of insurance industry experience

• Excellent business insights

• Strong industrial knowledge in insurance systems and projects

• Strategic thinking coupled with strong leadership and tactical execution

• Strong business acumen with sound judgment

• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

• Excellent language skill in both English and Chinese

• A team player with a goal-oriented mentality
