Introduction to the job

Reporting to Global head of Reuse & Repair Operations, the Head of China Local Parts Supply, Repair, and Refurbishment Center (LPSC) will oversee the LPSC operations, managing local supply, repair, and refurbishment activities within the China LPSC, as well as on-site customer repairs. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational and business objectives are achieved and in nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, communication, and coordination between departments of Sourcing and Strategy, Engineering, and Operational Execution team.Reporting to Global head of Reuse & Repair Operations, the Head of China Local Parts Supply, Repair, and Refurbishment Center (LPSC) will oversee the LPSC operations, managing local supply, repair, and refurbishment activities within the China LPSC, as well as on-site customer repairs. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational and business objectives are achieved and in nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, communication, and coordination between departments of Sourcing and Strategy, Engineering, and Operational Execution team.

The priorities of the role include:
  • Serve as the owner of the ASML’s China LPSC; develop the local LPSC strategy in alignment with the corporate vision; liaise with value chain stakeholders including sourcing, supply chain, warehousing, procurement, facilities, and finance.
  • Ensure the LPSC team's performance meets business targets and quality commitments; manage financial spending to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.
  • Manage and expand China's repair portfolio and supplier network; oversee the optimization of repair projects to enhance operational performance and increase capacity; cultivate a dynamic and efficient LPSC organizational structure to support growth and productivity.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, coaching, and talent localization; cultivate a leadership pipeline to fully realize the company's substantial potential in China.
  • Enforce compliance with established processes, monitor deviations, and promptly implement corrective and preventive actions to address any issues.
