You will be part of an extraordinary EE team, acting as the team’s local representation at manufacturing sites in China.

Description

The role involves working with manufacturing teams and RD colleagues to design, validate and optimize hardware circuits and systems on home & beats products from first prototype build to mass production, requiring proactive multi-functional collaboration with other engineering groups such as other EE teams, FW, Production Test, ME teams etc. Define and implement validation plans for HW Sub-system such as power, DC-DC, I2C, USB, SPI, DDR etc. Debug and tackle hardware and interfaces. Make our excellent products even better! A significant part of the job activities will take place at the manufacturing sites - international and domestic travel is likely.

• BS EE with at least 5 years proven experience
• Experience in design and development of high speed digital and/or analog boards or systems on products
• A deep understanding of the hardware development process including concept creation, schematics design and board development, as well as board and system functionality test and debugging.
• Hands-on and proficient with lab equipment: digital multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power supply, E-load, etc.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, could describe daily work fluently with clear logic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master or above degree in EE
• Experience in design and development of audio(BT headphones, BT Speakers) products
• Experience of co-working with manufacturing process related teams
• Accept mid/long-term travel in a changing work environment
• Proven to be able to work independently under high pressure and comfortable working in dynamic environment
• Software and scripting experience is a plus
