Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's recruitment work, collecting, screening resumes and interview invitation, interview reception and other work;
• Tracking the entire recruitment process, timely communication with the employing department, and do a good job of statistical data;
• Responsible for personnel file organization, employee entry and exit, transfer, salary adjustment and other procedures and timely update of employee file information;
• Responsible for the signing, renewal and termination management of employee labor contracts, familiar with labor relations and national policies;
• Assist in organizing the work of corporate culture construction;
• Responsible for following up some administrative affairs;
• Monthly attendance statistics;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
• Excellent work, long-term stability, can be promoted to assistant general manager

Qualifications

• Having experience more than 1 year of personnel administration work experience, college or above; English interested parties are preferred
• Have good communication skills and strong executive force;
• Do things carefully, work attitude is correct, serious and responsible, positive sunshine, have certain coordination ability, teamwork spirit;
