Job Summary:
Assist in HR & Admin daily works and HR projects.
Responsibilities:
Update the daily HC report, Turnover rate report, Labor recruitment report and LDM board;
Assist in handing workers# onboarding and exit;
Assist in managing workers' personal file;
Assist in collecting training materials of SZ Plant;
Assist in recruitmentof workers (such as daily interview, contact with 3rd parties, etc);
Assist in handling workers# reimbursements;
Assist in preparing occupational skill level certification training and assessment;
Assist in updating HR documents;
Assist in organizing and arranging company employee activities;
Assist in Admin daliy works;
Other work designatedby manager.
Required Skillsand Experience
College's degree.Major in human resources is preferred.
Skilled in PS or video editing is preferred.
Good team working spirit and interpersonal skills.
The ability to coordinate with different functional associates.
