We are looking for Intellectual Property Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :
Monitor and enforce the IP rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.

To provide guidance and support on IP matters, including product development and branding etc.

Conduct factory audit to make sure vendors comply with IP regulations.

Proactively identify and resolve the potential IP infringements.

Follow up the findings of customer’s IP audit by CAPA.

Provide IP training to employees to increase their awareness and understanding of IP rules.

Maintain accurate and organized records of IP assets and related documents.

Keep updating on the changes of IP laws, regulations and industry best practices.

Supervise one IP Officer

Degree holder in Law / Quality Management ....or related

5+ years IP experience, of which preferably 2+ years in senior level

Work experience in the toy industry is preferable.

Strong compliance concept and able to implement the required regulations.

Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin.

Proficient in MS Office.

Work in Shenzhen office (close to MTR)

Hong Kong employment contract
