Responsibilities

Marketing Communications

• Support multi-channel marketing communications activities, including online and offline project assistance and execution.
• Organize trade fairs and small events, facilitate communication among multiple departments, and collaboratively undertake project planning and implementation.
• Use digital tools and social media platforms to expand Mar Comm channels, such as We Chat related applications.
• Collaborating with relevant interfaces to adopt marketing automation and optimize leads management.
• Thoroughly comprehend the company's design guideline and effectively oversee designers in accomplishing diverse promotional materials design.

Communication collaborations & admin support

• Collaborate with the group communication or other local service unit departments to provide market services for the local Business Units.
• Assist the team to manage stakeholders and collect necessary data to form reports.
• Digital asset management at Media Hub, a team collaboration platform, including organizing and uploading files.
• Provide admin support for team, including liaison and follow-up on invoices and payment with vendors in the region.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing / marketing communication experience
• Good English capability in writing and speaking.
