National Services Leader, US

Your role:
You will drive superior customer value by developing and executing the go to market approach for Ultrasound services in alignment with China market’s business strategy.

• Ensures a streamlined, cohesive services strategy across regions, including services sales, marketing and channel
• Designs and executes US services business plan to meet services Sales & OIT and drive CCP/CP growth
• Leads a dedicated services sales team for direct sales customers
• Recruits and manages services dedicated BPs

Your team:
You will report to the Head of Ultrasound, GCR. You will work closely with the region services team, marketing, sales, delivery etc. You will lead a team of services marketing and service sales. You will base in Shanghai.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
• Strong experience in services business, in healthcare or medtech products or solutions
• Ultrasound modality experience highly preferred
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing processes
• Experience as an integrator to work in a business with complex market/channel structures
• Adept at senior stakeholder management and able to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Strong leadership in building a high performing and cohesive team
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in Mandarin and English
