About the job:

Carry out a key technical role of settlement in the operations team in Shanghai Branch which provides direct support for the following business units in Shanghai

Key Responsibilities

• Handling operations for various business products in the branch
  
• Ensure operations in comply with group and local compliance regulations
  
• Processing local regulatory reporting systems
  

Job Specifications

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in International Trade/Business Administration/Finance
  
• Over 10 years operations experience in Loan Adm., Guarantee, Trade Finance, Deposit and Account service
  
• Over 2 years team management experience
  
• Good knowledge and familiar with China banking regulations, reporting system and banking
  
• Familiar with MIDAS system
  

Language

• Native Mandarin required
  
• Good command of written and spoken English required
  

Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Customer-oriented
  
• Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment
