About the job:
Carry out a key technical role of settlement in the operations team in Shanghai Branch which provides direct support for the following business units in Shanghai
Key Responsibilities
-
Handling operations for various business products in the branch
-
Ensure operations in comply with group and local compliance regulations
-
Processing local regulatory reporting systems
Job Specifications
Qualification & Experience
-
Bachelor Degree in International Trade/Business Administration/Finance
-
Over 10 years operations experience in Loan Adm., Guarantee, Trade Finance, Deposit and Account service
-
Over 2 years team management experience
-
Good knowledge and familiar with China banking regulations, reporting system and banking
-
Familiar with MIDAS system
Language
-
Native Mandarin required
-
Good command of written and spoken English required
Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Customer-oriented
-
Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment

Well-organized and meticulous in details
-
Ability to work under pressure
