Reefer account manager - SNH

Manage sales process and improve long and short-term results.
Work closely with sales team to development new reefer & DG customers maintain the performance.
Sell ZIM products and find opportunities for cross selling.
Identify and develop new customers.
Negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business.
Work with the trade manager and the Global reefer unit on the approval of bids and agreements
Represent Zim at relevant exhibitions/conferences
Design detailed account plans
Maintain relationships while managing and growing customer base.
Identify customer needs and potential opportunities.
Support resolution escalation for customer issues
Analyze actual performance and root-causes for shortfalls and put together weekly & monthly report for Reefer & DG for North China
Give proposal of line planning based on detail market research
Manage and drive the performance and target achievements of both Reefer and DG for N. China.
Comply with reporting requirements to improve performance.
Good communication for smooth cross function operation.
Conduct weekly meeting with N.China team and global team.
Other tasks assigned by sales head.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 5 years sales experience in the shipping industry.
Sound knowledge of shipping industry with reefer market experience.
Have strong leadership skills to lead the team to achieve sales targets and handle internal issues, also need to have the ability to motivate team members to reach sales objectives.
Fluent Speaking and writing skills in Chinese and English.
Experienced skills in windows word, Excel, Power point etc.
Good communication skill with client and excellent data analysis skill.
