As a Reservation Agent, we rely on you to:
Meet the booking needs of online guests.
Answer the hotel product information consultation phone, answer the guests and make relevant records.
Be familiar with room booking procedures and provide guests with the latest and most accurate room information.
Adjust and control room reservation and sales at any time.

We are looking for someone who:
Have relevant working experience in this position.
Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
Proficient in office software operation.
Have a certain ability to work under pressure and work carefully.
