Our Cyber Security Office, Awareness, and Training team acts as the interface to internal business partners and all employees. In addition to providing consultation, our team also implements measures to enhance employee awareness and offers a variety of training opportunities through the Cyber Security Academy.

Responsibilities:

Identify training needs for various target groups and define content to be included in the Cyber Security Academy and/or other platforms.

Collaborate with subject matter experts in an international environment to maintain existing and develop new training and awareness offerings related to cyber security and information protection.

Plan and organize online and on-site training and awareness events.

Administer IT systems to add new content to the learning/web platform and support users.

Support on carrying out regular phishing simulations to enhance employee awareness using a technical platform. Including the creation of reports following up on the results.

Plan and coordinate communication initiatives regarding training and awareness topics through internal communication channels and platforms.

Develop content on general cyber security and information protection topics and present it.

Ideally, professional experience in awareness, training, or communication environments, including the development of innovative learning content.

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Ability to interact with various stakeholders, along with reliability, flexibility, high motivation, and teamwork skills.
