Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a China, AIG, China Service, Service Order Process Specialist. In this Sports/Recreation role, you will have the opportunity to work in a world-class organization that values your growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Issue quotations for billable services based on technical fault diagnosis, ensuring exceptional service to customers.
- Process non-billable service orders and track parts consumption in SAP.
- Confirm billable service information with customers, completing orders and parts consumption.
- Invoice customers and ensure timely delivery.
- Review and track accounts receivable regularly.
- Assist Field Service Engineers in managing inventory of essential components.
- Coordinate with Call Center and other functions to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a medical or biological field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years related working experience.
- Good knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English writing, reading, and speaking.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Basic understanding of SAP.
