What you’ll do:
- This role is responsible for end to end service solution design/deployment and field customer experience management.
- End to end service solution design by internal cross functional engagements and external supplier engagements
- Field project management and customer communication management

Responsible for total customer experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise-level solution support and services, especially in design and deployment
- Field project management skills and executive customer management skills
- Have strong adaptability, thinking ability and hands-on ability
- Good expressive and communication skills
