Service Support Intern

What is the Job about

• To support ASP delivery supervisor to execute ASP agreement renew project and ASP related data maintain job in China to meet the time plan requirements and project target.
  To support Training & Marketing supervisor to organize service meeting events, and service tools management.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist the signing of the agreement with the audited service provider (ASP) in China
• Help maintain and update service provider archives
• Assist in the collation of the ASP performance result
• Support the content creation and account management of ASP Portal
• Other ASP delivery management related tasks
• Assist to organize S&S China annual meeting events
• Assist to collect and translate Group Branding related materials
• Administration and delivery work on service tools, demos and jobcard

Your background

• Diploma or degree holder in finance or marketing, undergraduate or graduate students are also considered. Social media experience is preferred
• Good command in oral, listening, reading and written Chinese and English
• Have a good command of MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good learning ability, communication skills, careful, good at multitasking.
• Work 3~4 days a week for three months, from Jan to Mar 2025.
• Preferably interested in manufacturing enterprises and have internship experience in multinational corporation
